Nutri Thanjai ensures high-quality, fresh products. However, due to the nature of food items, we maintain a transparent returns and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• Product delivered is damaged, tampered, or incorrect

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Unboxing video is provided as proof (mandatory)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products

• Products damaged after delivery

• Items without original packaging

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued when:

• The returned product is approved after inspection

• The ordered item is out of stock

• Payment was deducted but order was not processed

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Replacement Policy

If your product is damaged or incorrect, we will send a free replacement at the earliest.
